1. Nature of Services

Alhareth International provides digital consulting and professional services delivered online. Allservices are intangible and no physical goods are shipped.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

If the service has not yet been delivered.

If the service cannot be delivered due to a confirmed internal issue.

If a duplicate payment has been made.

Refunds are not applicable once the agreed consulting service has been delivered or partially delivered.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must:

Order number

Reason for refund request

4. Processing Time

All refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after service delivery

Dissatisfaction without valid contractual reason

Failure to provide required client information

Services already rendered as agreed

6. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve disputes professionally and efficiently.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation.
