1. Consulting Services
Cancellations by Client: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your consultation session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show), are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 12 hours before the session without any additional fees.
2. Travel Packages & Tourism Coordination
Planning Deposits: Any initial consultation or itinerary planning deposits are non-refundable once the research and coordination work has commenced.
Third-Party Bookings: Refund eligibility for travel packages (such as hotels, flights, or external partner activities) is subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective third-party providers. Details will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
3. Educational Programs & Digital Services
Due to the digital and immediate nature of our educational content and resources, all sales of downloadable materials or accessed programs are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or delivered.
